The process:
We work closely with football clubs to produce high-quality, collectable card sets that celebrate the club, its players, fans, and heritage. Below is the step-by-step process:
Step 1: Initial Consultation
We begin with a detailed meeting to understand your club — its ethos, history, community, fanbase, first team, and youth section. This lays the foundation for an authentic and meaningful card collection.
Step 2: Planning the Set
Together, we agree on:
- The number of cards in the set.
- Which players, staff, or other club representatives will be featured.
- A clear timeline for design, production, and launch.
Step 3: Card Design and Print Specification
We discuss design preferences, incorporating club branding and colours. Cards are professionally printed to premium standards, with:
- Gloss-finished fronts.
- Soft-touch, high-quality matte rear surfaces.
Step 4: Access to Club Photography
You provide access to club-approved photographs to be used in the card designs — including action shots, headshots, and any historic or youth section images if required.
Step 5: Design and Print Production
Our team designs the cards and, once approved, we proceed to full professional printing using high-grade materials and finishes.
Step 6: Player Signings for Limited Editions
We arrange a visit to your club for a signing session with the players, creating limited-edition autograph cards that are truly special for collectors.
Step 7: Hand Packaging
All card packs are carefully assembled and packaged by hand to ensure quality and attention to detail.
Step 8: Joint Marketing Campaign
Working with your media and marketing teams, we develop and launch a promotional campaign to raise awareness and excitement among fans — both online and at the stadium.
Step 9: Collectors’ Accessories
We design and produce a custom collectors binder and optional accessories, helping fans keep their collections safe and proudly displayed.
Step 10: In-Person Launch at Matches
We attend the first 2–3 home games after launch to support sales and engage with fans directly, offering them the opportunity to start or complete their collections in person.
Step 11: Ongoing Sales Channels
We continue selling the cards through:
- On-site sales at games or club shops.
- A dedicated online platform - this ensures ongoing access for fans throughout the season.
Step 12: Revenue Share with the Club
Once transparent production costs are covered, your club receives a percentage of the ongoing income from card sales — creating a valuable additional revenue stream.
